Vendor Rules
1. For and in Consideration of permission in the festival activities, the group or organization that signed this agreement is to assume the risk and hereby releases and agrees to release the Fire Ant Festival, its members, and all persons organizing, sponsoring, or assisting the festival from any and all liability, losses, and or claims arising out of participation in the fire ant festival.
2. Exhibitors shall conduct business from within the confines of their assigned space.
3. Exhibitors will be required to keep their spaces neat and attractive. They will be responsible for picking up their own trash. Poly Carts will be provided.
4. No rain date. No refunds after March 11, 2007. Written confirmation must be received by 5:00 P.M. on March 11, 2007. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
5. Pets must be restrained at all times.
6. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and paying Georgia Sales Tax.
7. Offensive subject matter will be removed from the show. No radios, tape players, offensive noise, or distractions are permitted in booth spaces. THERE WILL BE NO FIRECRACKERS, POPPERS, SMOKE/STINK BOMBS OR SILLY STRING SOLD AT THE FESTIVAL. VENDORS VIOLATING THIS RULE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE FESTIVAL AND ESCORTED OUT WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT.
8. Vendors will receive written confirmation by mail. Please enclose photos of your work. (We will return Photos when you check in with Ms. Foltz or Ms. Walls after arrival.)
9. SET UP MAY BEGIN AT 6:00 P.M. ON FRIDAY. NOT BEFORE. NO SET UPS AFTER 9:30 P.M. SET UPS TO BE COMPLETED BY 8:45A.M. SATURDAY MORNING. VEHICLES MUST BE OUT OF THE VENDING AREA BEFORE 8:30 A.M. SATURDAY. Vendors may choose to be open for the Friday night events.
10. Official deadline for vendor applications will be March 9, 2007.
11. Generators are not permitted and each vendors will be responsible for furnishing electrical cords for their booths and we will not pick up cords for you nor have any to loan.
12. Bootleg CD's and DVD's will not be sold at this festival.
