1. For and in Consideration of permission in the festival activities, the group or organization that signed this agreement is to assume the risk and hereby releases and agrees to release the Fire Ant Festival, its members, and all persons organizing, sponsoring, or assisting the festival from any and all liability, losses, and or claims arising out of participation in the fire ant festival.

2. Vendors shall conduct business from within the confines of their assigned space. The space size for Vendors is 10'x15'.  Vendors will be required to keep their spaces neat and attractive.  They will be responsible for picking up their own trash and depositing it in the provided poly carts.

3. No rain date.  No refunds after March 13, 2009. Offical deadline for vendor applications will be March 25th, 2009.  A signed application must be received by 5:00 P.M. on March 25th, 2009

4. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.

5. Pets must be restrained at all times.

6. Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying Georgia Sales Tax.

7.  No loud music, offensive noise, or distractions are permitted at Festival.

8. THERE WILL BE NO FIRECRACKERS, POPPERS, FLATULATION  SIMULATORS, OR SILLY STRING SOLD AT THE FESTIVAL.  VENDORS VIOLATING THIS RULE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE FESTIVAL AND ESCORTED OUT WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT.

9. Vendors will receive written confirmation by mail.  Please enclose photos of your work. (We will return Photos when you check in with Ms. Foltz or Ms. Walls after arrival.)

10. Vendor may choose to be open for Friday night events.  SET UP WILL BE FROM 6:00 P.M. UNTIL 9:30 P.M. ON ON FRIDAY NIGHT.  SET UP MUST BE COMPLETED BY 8:45 A.M. SATURDAY MORNING.  VEHICLES MUST BE OUT OF THE VENDING AREA BY 8:30 A.M. SATURDAY. 

11. Generators are not permitted and each vendor will be responsible for furnishing electrical cords for their booths. We will not pick up cords for you nor will we have any to loan.

12.  At the request of arts and crafts vendors, the sale of flea market items will not be allowed. 

13. Bootleg CD's and DVD's will not be sold at this festival.
