Non-Profits
We welcome Non-Profits to come to the Fire Ant Festival. Non-profits must be bona fide 501-3 (c) and we reserve the right to ask for documentation for proof.
Non-profits may not sell any items or give away anything that our vendors are selling (aka water bottles), however raffles are permitted.
Per our bylaws, any non-profits of a religious or political nature are required to register as an Arts and Crafts vendor and pay for a vendor's spot.
