Vendor Rules

1. For and in Consideration of permission in the festival activities, the group or organization that signed this agreement is to assume the risk and hereby releases and agrees to release the Fire Ant Festival, its members, and all persons organizing, sponsoring, or assisting the festival from any and all liability, losses, and or claims arising out of participation in the Fire Ant Festival.
2. Exhibitors may not sublease, assign, or apportion their assigned space without express, written approval of the Festival Committee. No more than one organization may exhibit in a single space.
3. Exhibitors shall conduct business from within the confines of their assigned space.
4. Exhibitors will be required to keep their space neat and attractive. they will be responsible for picking up their own trash.
5. NO RAIN DATE. No refunds after Feb, 28th, 2018. Official deadline for vendor applications will be Feb. 28th, 2018. A signed application must be received by 3:00 PM. on Feb. 28th, 2018. Any application that is not signed will not be accepted.
6. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
7. No pets allowed.
8. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and paying Georgia Sales Tax.
9. Offensive subject matter will be removed from the show. No radios, tape players, offensive noise, or distractions are permitted in booth spaces. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO FIRECRACKERS, POPPERS, FLATULATION SIMULATORS, FAKE CIGARETTES, TOY GUNS, SILLY STRING, BRASS KNUCKLES, GUNS OR WEAPONS OR ANYTHING OF THIS NATURE SOLD AT THE FESTIVAL. VENDORS VIOLATING THIS RULE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE FESTIVAL AND ESCORTED OUT WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT.
10. SET UP WILL BE FROM 6:00 P.M. UNTIL 9:30 P.M. ON FRIDAY NIGHT (NOT BEFORE). SET UP MUST BE COMPLETED BY 8:45 A.M. SATURDAY MORNING. VEHICLES MUST BE OUT OF THE VENDING AREA BY 8:30 A.M. SATURDAY.
11. The Fire Ant Festival reserves the right to limit booths. If accepted, you will will receive written confirmation.
12. Deadline for Food Vendor applications will be February 19, 2018.
13. NO GREASE ON SIDEWALKS OR STREETS. You will be responsible for proper disposal and cleanup. THIS COULD BE REASON FOR YOUR NOT RETURNING NEXT YEAR.
14. NO GENERATOR WILL BE PERMITTED AT THE FESTIVAL AND WE WILL NOT SUPPLY CORDS FOR YOUR BOOTH. IF YOU NEED CORDS, YOU NEED TO HAVE THEM WITH YOU AS WE WILL NOT PICK THEM UP FOR YOU.
